PREPAID TOUR/EXCURSION PACKAGES
BY RESERVING YOUR TOURS OR EXCURSIONS, YOU GRANT AUTHORIZATION TO ECO ADVENTURES TO BOOK RESERVATIONS FOR THE TOTAL RESERVATION PRICE. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED BY ECO ADVENTURES FOR THE TOTAL RESERVATION PRICE.
CANCELLATION POLICIES & PENALTY FEES
For cancellations by direct guests or travel agents, cancellation charges depend on when Eco Adventures receives notice of the cancellation. For reservations in default of the following Cancellation Policies the following charges are applicable:
RESORT /HOTEL GUESTS:
24 hours or less: 100% Fully non refundable
48 hours or less: 50% Penalty Fee
96 hours or less: 25% Penalty Fee
96+ hours: Fully Refundable
CRUISE SHIP GUESTS:
96 hours or more: Fully Refundable
Less than 96 hours: 100% Fully non refundable
GROUP RESERVATIONS:
75 days prior to tour date: Fully Refundable
60 days prior to tour date: 50% Penalty Fee
45 days prior to tour date: 75% Penalty Fee
Less than 30 days prior date of Tour/ Excursion Package: 100% Fully non refundable
REFUND POLICY
No refunds or adjustments will be issued for any portion of your tour or excursion which was not utilized.
REVISIONS TO RESERVATIONS:
All requested changes to existing reservations remain subject to Eco Adventures sole discretion, and any changes must be approved in writing.

ADDITIONAL BANK & CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Certain banks and credit cards also impose fees for international transactions. By reserving your tour or excursion package on this website, you may see an additional cost/fee appearing on your credit card statement. This fee is solely determined by your Banker and/or Credit Card Providers and Eco Adventures takes absolutely no responsibility for these associated charges should they occur. If you have any questions about these types of fees/ charges applied to your reservation, please contact your bank directly.
