Horseback Ride

What you will visit:

Horseback Riding Adventure
Enjoy the spectacular St. Lucia terrain by horseback. Meet your friendly guides and your horse for the day, and once you’ve become acquainted with your steed, climb into the saddle and follow your guide on an easy ride through the unspoiled forested land and the shoreline. Creole horses, a local breed from St. Lucia, are used and are smaller than what North Americans may be accustomed to. Long pants and closed toe shoes are recommended.

What you will see along the way:
The fun begins as soon as you drive through Castries, passing charming, pastel-colored colonial buildings on your way out of the city. Then, you’ll travel north, where soaring mountains and golden beaches in the distance keep you company.
From the seat of your steed, enjoy views of St. Lucia’s varied flora and fauna on the forested trail and along the soft, golden sands beach.

Snacks:
After your ride, you’ll climb off your horse and walk to a beachside restaurant for refreshments.
